Emergency crews were called to the farm located at 2926 Lower Brush Valley Road/Route 192 in Potter Township shortly after 7 a.m., WJAC reports.
A 47-year-old man, a 19-year-old, and a 14-year-old died in the silo, according to the Centre Daily Times citing state police Rockview public information officer Jacob Rhymestine.
"The cause of the accident is not confirmed but neighbors say it was a ripple effect with one going to help the next as gas in the silo likely killed them in the process," WTAJ states in its report.
OSHA has been called to the scene, according to the Centre Daily Times.
It was not yet known how the three became trapped in the silo, and what caused their deaths.
This is the same farm where a 16-year-old boy died after getting trapped under a horse-drawn manure spreeder (which weighed upwards of 10 tons) around 9:30 a.m. on Mar. 30, 2022, according to Lock Haven Express. His death was ruled accidental, the outlet reports.
